Terms of use

Version 1.5 · 23 October 2026

NoonFrame (formerly VODcut) is a personal project by Emanuele Saurro ("the author", "we", "us"). By installing or using NoonFrame you accept this license. If you don't accept it, don't install NoonFrame. These terms apply to the app and to this website.

What you can do

What you can't do

Ownership

NoonFrame (code, graphics, logo and name) belongs to Emanuele Saurro. This license gives you the right to use it, not ownership.

Third-party components

NoonFrame uses programs and libraries made by others (for example Python, FFmpeg, faster-whisper). They are downloaded from their official sources during installation or on first use. Each one has its own license, which stays in force and takes precedence over this one for that component. The full list is in the list of third-party components in the app (License and information).

You are responsible for your content

You are responsible for the videos, music, images and sounds you use with NoonFrame, and for the videos you publish. In particular:

AI features and credits

AI features (for example finding clips in a stream, creating images, voices and AI videos) use credits. The app shows how many credits an action costs before you start it. When you create your account you get some free credits. Alternatively, you can connect your own AI provider keys and pay that provider directly, without using credits.

For AI features we send the AI provider only what that feature needs (for example the transcript text, your request or a few frames), not your full videos. AI results can contain mistakes: check them before publishing.

Web clips

On noonframe.com/clip you can paste the link of a public YouTube, Twitch or Kick video: our server downloads it and creates the clips. By pasting a link you confirm that the video is yours or that you have the right to use it to create clips (for example with the creator's permission), and you agree to follow the platform's rules. Clips stay available for 7 days and can be edited for 3 days: download them before they expire. We may refuse or stop a job that breaks these terms or the rights of others.

Publishing to social networks

You can connect your TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts and publish or schedule clips from NoonFrame. You do the publishing, with the settings you choose on the publishing screen: you are responsible for what you publish and must follow each platform's terms and community rules (for example the TikTok Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the YouTube Terms of Service), including the rules on branded content and music. NoonFrame is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta or Google. A post may fail or be delayed because of the platform's limits or decisions; if so, we show it in the app. You can disconnect an account at any time.

Plans and top-ups

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service. The seller is Emanuele Saurro, Via delle Dalie 5, 20089 Rozzano (MI), Italy, VAT no. 13309520966: you receive a receipt by email for every payment. We never see or store your card details.

Right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content supplied right after payment. When you buy, you expressly ask for the credits to be available immediately and acknowledge that once you start using them you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, implementing Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). As long as you have not used the credits of a payment, you can still ask for a full refund within 14 days, as described below.

Renewal and cancellation

Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, at no cost, from your profile in the app or on the website (clips page, Top up button, Manage subscription): the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and then doesn't renew. If we change the price of a plan, we'll tell you before your renewal and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Refunds

Account and privacy

To use NoonFrame you need a free account, signing in with Google, and you must be at least 14 years old; if you are under 18, you need a parent's permission to make purchases. Your account is personal: don't share it and don't use usernames that imitate other people or brands. We may suspend or close an account that breaks this license or the law. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. The app processes your videos on your computer and doesn't upload them anywhere; with web clips our server downloads the video from the platform. Details are in the privacy notice.

Updates and support

We may release updates, change features or stop developing NoonFrame. We are not required to provide support, but if something doesn't work, write to us: we'll do our best.

Warranty

NoonFrame's free features are provided "as is". Paid services come with the guarantees required by law. We have tested it carefully, but we don't guarantee that it is error-free or fit for every purpose. Always keep a copy of your original videos: NoonFrame doesn't modify them, but it's a good habit.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data, earnings or time related to the use of NoonFrame. This doesn't limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that consumer protection laws give you.

Termination

If you don't comply with this license, your right to use NoonFrame ends and we may close your account; in that case remaining credits are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can stop at any time by uninstalling NoonFrame (Settings > Apps). The videos you have already created remain yours.

Governing law

This license is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts of that country.
